The History of Wine and Champagne

  • Brut: The most common, with very low sugar content.

  • Extra Dry: Slightly sweeter than Brut but still relatively dry.

  • Demi-Sec: A medium-sweet champagne.

  • Blanc de Blancs: Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes.

  • Blanc de Noirs: Made from red grape varieties like Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
